Major Policy Change

We have instituted a few changes to our products and the way it will be delivered and maintained in the future.

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS
Downloadable scenery will from now on have a limited time in which the product can be downloaded. The download will be active for a maximum period of three days after which the download will expire. Clients will also only be allowed to download any downloadable product a maximum of three times. The download will be deactivated if any of the last mentioned two conditions are met.

We are implementing these in order to save on bandwidth on our web site. Our aim is for users to start backing up their downloadable scenery and not depend on our website as a backup service! We strongly recommend that you start immediately and burn any downloadable software with their registration keys to CD as soon as possible. The registration keys can be saved from your email program as text files.

If you fail to backup and you need to get another copy of the scenery, it will cost you a fee to have the download re-enabled. Re-enabling the download will give you another three days and three attempts to download the file. This process is automated and can be done through our web site at any time of the day.

PATCHES AND UPGRADES
We will no longer be providing free upgrades for any of our products. If there is a bug in the scenery that needs to be fixed, then the patch to fix the scenery will be made available free of charge.

All upgrades will be made available in the form of a discount to existing users. We will post the news about the updates on our mailing list.

If you need an upgrade for a CD product, then we can help by replacing your original CD with a new version. Please contact us if you would like to make use of this option.
