32-bit vs 64-bit |

We often get questions relating to which is the best: 32-bit or 64-bit. Unfortunately there is no definite set answer. 64-bit was introduced into the world about four years ago. This is still very young to have had much of an impact on the computer industry. The majority of programs today are 32-bit with 64-bit versions just appearing.

Although there are no set display settings that will do it all, we have found that the settings below will help you find the balance between good graphics and what your computer hardware is capable of. We have updated the settings and that is why we are publishing this report again. |

Out of Memory Errors |

Recently one of our clients approached us with this little problem: While flying Flight Simulator X, the program will crash to the desktop stating that Windows has run out of memory. This happened in spite of the fact that the client had 4Gb of RAM in his system.

On the 16th of June 2007, we announced that we will be discontinuing the Western Cape 2004 scenery. Since then we have received numerous questions about this package and requests for upgrading this package for Flight Simulator X.
